Project Summary

Chokolatta needed a distinct identity to stand out in a competitive luxury category while expressing Hispanic heritage without clichés. I developed the brand’s visual foundation and applied it across packaging, retail environment, marketing materials, and an e-commerce presence. The result was a more cohesive customer experience across in-store and online touchpoints.

I led the project end-to-end as the sole designer, establishing the identity and defining how it appears across product, retail, and digital contexts.

Working directly with the owner, I balanced heritage cues with a contemporary look and delivered assets that could be applied consistently across formats.

The work improved brand clarity at key customer moments such as gifting, in-store browsing, and online purchasing, creating a more unified and recognizable presence.
